Personal Journey
I’m Relic. My life started with adversity — I left home after school, worked three jobs, and studied web design at night, teaching myself marketing and building a 15-year career across South Africa, the UK, and Chinese markets.
Alongside that, I founded a kickboxing & wrestling academy, launched a nonprofit martial arts program for underprivileged adults, and competed internationally (23 medals in 24 tournaments).
But the real pivot came when a family member nearly died. That crisis introduced me to Jim Rohn and Albert Ellis’s REBT — a no-nonsense, action-oriented framework that rewired how I think, feel and act. Today, I bring the same system to clients: hunt the root, dismantle it, and teach you how to stay empowered for life.
My Training
I didn’t take the traditional psychology route. I studied globally across psychology, coaching, and applied systems, choosing REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Theory) as my core framework because it cuts deeper and faster. My supervisor was the head of the Albert Ellis Institute in New York.
I’m not a clinical psychologist — I specialise in non-clinical struggles with anxiety, depression, and relationships. That’s deliberate. It lets me work at the root cause with speed, clarity, and measurable results.
Relationship Experience
Since 2012, I’ve been partnered with an entrepreneur running both a modelling agency and a dance studio. As a high-performing couple, we’ve fought through communication breakdowns, trust issues, and work–life friction, and we used REBT to turn those struggles into growth.
That real world experience now fuels how I help individuals and couples dismantle chaos and rebuild connection.
